3 — Service Description

Any person connecting to and using the Omniboard extension is referred to as a User. The extension replaces the new tab page in Google Chrome with an interactive, infinite whiteboard allowing users to take notes, create task lists, draw, and organize information. Thomas Riquier strives to provide a stable and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the backend service.

4 — Service Access

The extension operates largely offline, with data stored locally in the user's browser. Features requiring the server (Pro status verification, subscription management) are available 24/7, except for maintenance interruptions or force majeure events.

5 — Intellectual Property

Thomas Riquier is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights to the structure and proprietary content of the Omniboard extension (texts, logos, icons, source code, interface design). Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation — in whole or in part — is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The logos and trademarks of third-party services displayed in the extension (Google, Gmail, Drive, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

The extension may contain links to third-party websites or services. Thomas Riquier has no control over these external sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy policies.
