Chrome Browser Extension

This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how Thomas Riquier (Sole Trader) processes your personal data in connection with the Omniboard extension. We place the utmost importance on transparency and the protection of your privacy.

2 — Data Stored Locally Local only

The following data is stored exclusively on your device via Chrome's local storage (chrome.storage.local) and never passes through our servers:

• Notes and sticky notes: Content, position, size, and organization on the board.
• Task lists: Content and completion status of each task.
• Tables and shapes: Visual data entered in the interface.
• Freehand drawings: Strokes made on the whiteboard.
• Preferences: Language, zoom, board position, active tool.

3 — Data Sent to Our Servers

Only the following data is transmitted to our backend server:

• Google email address: Retrieved via the Chrome Identity API and used exclusively to verify whether you hold an active Omniboard Pro subscription. Never used for marketing.

4 — Payment Data (Pro Subscription)

If you subscribe to Omniboard Pro, payment is entirely managed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). We never store your card information. We only retain:

• Your email address linked to the subscription.
• Your Stripe customer ID, to manage access and cancellations.

5 — Purpose and Legal Basis

• Contract performance: Providing the extension and verifying Pro status.
• Legitimate interest: Service security and fraud prevention.

6 — Data Sharing

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties. It is shared only with essential technical providers:

• Stripe: Secure payment processing.
• Hostinger: Hosting our subscription API (EU servers).

7 — Data Retention

Local data (notes, tasks, drawings) is retained as long as you use the extension. You can delete it at any time via the "Clear all" button. Subscription data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

8 — Your Rights (GDPR)

• Right of access and rectification.
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to object to processing.
